Launched in 1995 DIVE magazine has become a 'must read' for diving enthusiasts.
Originally produced in print format for the UK market DIVE soon gathered a large following and became the number one selling scuba magazine across the country.
In 2011, after more than 10 years as the 'paid for' market leader in the UK, DIVE chose to embark on a new path. After witnessing the decline in divers since the economic downturn in 2007 the magazine set itself a mission with two objectives.
1) To attract more new people into the sport
2) To inspire existing divers to go diving more often
As every issue of DIVE is packed with honest, rigorous, intelligent and fun articles coupled with stunning underwater images the attraction and inspiration was in place, it was just a matter of reaching more people.
With this in mind DIVE decided on two very important changes.
To go FREE and allow people who were interested in diving but not sure whether to take up the sport the chance to taste the diving experience.
To go DIGITAL and allow divers to access on as many devices as possible and in as many countries as possible.
Today DIVE magazine is read by divers in 165 countries on over 80 different device models.
DIVE magazine is one of the leading dive magazines in the world, with stunning photography, great writing and first class design. DIVE is editorially independent and appeals to ALL divers, whatever their training background.
